Generally we prefer not to make an entire website using Flash®. Our designers love Flash® and certain website designing techniques can only be accomplished by the use of Flash®. For example in this website the owners wanted to show off bridges, highways and airport runways they have built. Their business is not like shopping online for some new apparel; the cities and governmental agencies that hire them send out an RFP to people in their industry. Therefore the only reason they wanted a website at all was to show off examples of their work to the clients they already had. To our way of thinking, when you make every page animated and to use professional voice over talent and professionally recorded music then the website, by design has to load more slowly than non Flash® websites.

We did some interesting things with the photos that were used on the main pages of the website. In some of the pages you'll see what appears to be a pencil drawing in the outlines and then brush strokes that are more like broad strokes painting in the backgrounds. You'll see what appears to be a black and white drawing coming on screen and as the drawing and painting becomes more complete it becomes the actual full color photograph.
